# Beehome Architect: Warm Monolith Digital Flagship > Rebuilding an Indonesian architecture and construction studio around a single-binary Rust + Topcoat hypermedia stack. - Client: Beehome Architect & Builders - Year: 2026 - Disciplines: Rust & Topcoat, HTMX, Editorial Design, SQLite CMS, Brand Identity - Page: https://ponkster.me/case-studies/beehome-architect - Studio: ponkster.me (https://ponkster.me) - Contact: origin.ponkster@gmail.com ## Challenge Beehome Architect needed a digital presence that matched the quiet permanence of their residential and commercial builds across Central Java. Existing WordPress and SPA templates felt bloated, slow on mobile networks, and visually indistinguishable from generic real-estate directories. ## Approach We designed an editorial 'Warm Monolith' interface pairing Fraunces display typography with architectural blueprint metadata, backed by a zero-dependency Rust + Topcoat server and embedded SQLite WAL database. A custom password-protected admin workspace lets the studio manage project portfolios, 6-stage process timelines, and FAQ items inline via HTMX. ## Outcome The new flagship ships as a single self-contained binary with sub-5ms page renders, automatic sitemap and LLM discovery endpoints, and an editorial presentation that elevated client inquiries across Semarang, Solo, and Yogyakarta. ## Results - Sub-5ms server response time from embedded SQLite WAL - Single static binary deployment with zero Node runtime in production - Custom HTMX studio CMS for projects, process stages, and FAQs ## Client Quote > Our site finally feels like one of our buildings: structurally honest, fast, and calm.
